FAQs
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My career grew out of innate joy of taking pictures-just a hobby at first. In my early 20s, I worked as a sound engineer for rock bands on the road. To while away the hours between gigs, I'd take out my camera and take shots of the world around me. Soon my pictures were showing up in the likes of Rolling Stone, Modern Drummer, and Guitar Player Magazines. At that point I started apprenticing myself to professional photographers and taking courses, absorbing as much as he could about the craft.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Most of my work now consists of head shots and product shots for web content and promotional usage.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Look for someone that you'll feel you'll "click" with and can see eye to eye with your vision.
