Jessie and her associate prepared and served an excellent meal exactly as we agreed, including our special request. She professionally plated and served each guest. Everyone complimented the food and the service. I would recommend Jessie to anyone who is planning a special event. One of our dinner guests, with a background in party planning included an impressive review on my choice of menu for this party. I would not hesitate to call on Jessie again.

Chef Jessie did an amazing job for our party! I spent a long time looking for the perfect chef or catering company for our party. Catering companies have little flexibility to customize and other chefs didn’t see right for the job. Food is so crucial at a party and after reading Chef Jessie’s reviews and talking to her I felt confident she was right for the job. I totally made the right decision. She was able to take the menu I suggested and totally elevate it! The food was delicious and the set up was beautiful. Everyone raved about it! I highly recommend Chef Jessie and will definitely use again!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of our menus are customized to match your event and theme. We will give you an estimated Quote and once we have all the details we can send you a final quote.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get an idea of the “experience” the client is looking for, from type of cuisine to theme to color scheme. Once I have an idea of what they are looking for, I make a customized menu that I think will make them and their guests happy and fit within their budget.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Always learning! A.S. and B.S. from The International Culinary Schools @ The Art Institutes of California-Los Angeles and Tennessee-Nashville, respectively.
