Max quickly responded to our request to fix our dryer even though it was late in the evening. He bought the parts and fixed our dryer. He also performed water heater maintenance. Max was great. He was able to fix our Broken microwave very fast. It's a built in microwave. He took extra care in removing it and putting it back with care. He also showed me what was broken and taught me how to maintain my appliance for long life.

I appreciate the honesty and professionalism of this company. I contacted them regarding a faulty igniter on the stove (wouldn’t click/spark) and sent them the model details. They provided a diagnosis and shared that the model being old, parts are not available and would be too expensive to repair and suggested it would be better to replace it instead. I appreciate that they took the time to search for the parts online and shared the diagnosis for free when they could’ve easily said that they would need to visit which would’ve got them the visiting fee.
