The purpose of yoga is to find more sustained joy for you.
I offer personal yoga instruction, one-on-one yoga and in small groups. In private yoga sessions, I work with a student to develop a personal practice that addresses individual needs and goals - anything from easing a sore back to running a marathon to building better relationships!
I'm trained in classical (raja) yoga in the tradition of Krishnamacharya. Classical yoga provides a great range of tools to help us connect more deeply to ourselves. I am a Yoga Alliance registered yoga teacher, at the advanced R-500 level.
My students love the personal attention and the way I share these ancient tools of personal transformation in a modern, down-to-earth way.
In addition to private sessions, I am also available to teach small groups and, coming from a business background, I enjoy teaching in a corporate environment.
