I hired Santos to repair a fence that was in bad shape. The main posts were starting to lean, many slats had fallen out and the gate wasn't working properly in addition to being poorly attached by the prior contractor. Santos was great to work with. He arrived earlier than promised and was able to start work immediately. Santos sent a progress photo on the first day and finished up the following day. The fence looks great. It is now secured with new concrete footings and boards. Plus the gate was rebuilt and is now sturdy and functional. I highly recommend Santos for your projects and i will definitely call him again.

Santos responded quickly to my request for an estimate. Once I approved the cost he started work on the day I requested. He identified a weakness in the way the gate was originally installed and suggested an alternative method. Work was completed same day. I do note that he is not a big company and I wasn’t given a contractors license number. I still chose him to do the work. He was professional, personable and the quality of the repair was excellent. I highly recommend.

Did a great job repairing our sagging gate. He reattached the post to the house, adjusted all the hinges and made sure that the swing of the gate was even and clean and free, before it was sagging and rubbing and could not open and close easily. Did a great job, arrived when he said he would and did the job efficiently ! Would highly recommend.
