- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do charge by the hour usually and the price depends on the service that’s being performed. I do keep fairness in mind when determining prices. So if I know it’s gonna be a job that will take a few hours then I will just charge a reasonable flat rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to resolve the issue over the phone remotely first, if that’s doesn’t work, then I offer pick up drop off repair service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have well over 15 years of self taught computer repair and troubleshooting experience. I also have cybersecurity experience as well as the CompTIA Security + certification.
