FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We give our customers the best pricing possible for the services we provide. We don't charge extra for books, or cards; the price we quote is an all inclusive course from beginning to end. In fact we strive to give competitive pricing so it is affordable and less money to take a class with your friends, neighbors, or office mates in the comfort of your home or office than to go to an office building, find parking, pay for it, and get a babysitter.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process usually begins with an email or a phone call requesting a quote. We then email or phone our customers to see what type of class and experience they are looking for so we can provide the best quote possible for the customers needs. We may have the best price, but if we aren't a good fit for what a client needs then we recommend different companies that might work better with what a client is looking for. We would rather a client take a class they love somewhere else, then to take a class with us and only like it. We strongly believe in having a good experience because if you don't, you may not ask the question you want to ask, or learn and feel comfortable with such an important skill.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our primary instructor has been an EMT for 20 years (since 1998), and has her Masters in Emergency Management, Fire Investigation, and Law Enforcement. She spent ~5 months volunteering in Louisiana after Hurricanes (Katrina/Rita), and volunteers for several public safety departments. Our secondary teachers are either EMTs or higher with lengthy careers in their fields.
