- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Service fees & labor prices vary depending on the appliance & repairs needed. Service charges are between $69.95 - $129.95. All payments are due to your technician upon services rendered. We accept all forms payment. Discounts are available for seniors, veterans and all first responders. Late fee of $25 is added per invoice for those who do not pay by the date stated on their invoice. This fee will apply every 30 days and thereafter until paid.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by setting an appointment with the you. You tech will arrive during the time frame given. Your tech will diagnose and give you an estimate of repairs during your appointment. You & your tech can decide whether you would like to continue repair or replace. Most repairs can be done same day, some repairs need to have parts ordered. Your tech will put in an order for what is needed and the office will call you when the parts are ready to be installed. There is no additional fee for the technician to come back and install.
