My experience with RCL not only met, but exceeded my expectations. I submitted my request to several companies around 7 PM on a Tuesday, and RCL was the first and only one to respond. I'm a stickler for responsiveness and punctuality, and I received a message within about an hour from Terry (who I assume to be the company's owner). Terry's message included a phone number and I called and left a voice mail that evening. Terry promptly returned my call around 9:00 the next morning to discuss my project - my vanity lights panel switch wasn't working in the bathroom. I proceeded to fax him some pictures of the vanity lights and switch. Because the vanity lights panel was old, he couldn't guarantee that it could be fixed, but we agreed to give it a shot. Around 12:00 on the same day, a gentleman named Chris showed up at my door and within an hour fixed a problem that my wife had been nagging me about for several weeks. What I really enjoyed about working with this company is within a span of three hours, we scheduled the appointment and the problem was fixed. That's what I call taking care of business. The technician, Chris, was polite and professional. He told me exactly what the problem was and proceeded to fix it. He got in and got out. Problem fixed, happy wife. From a price perspective, I thought what I was charged was very reasonable. I would highly recommend RCL. What a relief to work with a company that is professional and responsive. Clay

We had a tricky fixture - new modern fixture + very old house. Chris went the extra mile to get the right part to make sure it hung straight and stable. He also helped fix two outlets that were not working - took him less then 30 mins to do both outlets!

Chris was absolutely fantastic! I got several quotes for the work I need done, and RCL came in at about half of the next lowest bid. I was a little skeptical because the estimate was so low, so of course, I had to get some history and background information. I saw nothing less than a 5-star rating, and nothing that indicates anything other than a commitment to excellence. Chris came out early on a Saturday morning to fix my breaker box and AC unit wiring. He did great work in a very timely fashion. I have several more electrical needs and I am definitely hiring RCL for ALL of them and any future needs! I highly recommend RCL Technology Solutions and sincerely doubt you will find better prices anywhere.
