- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We work hard to make sure we provide more value than the average cleaning company. Our pricing is set as a flat rate per service and depends only on the size of the home (square feet and/or number of rooms) and the exact services needed. Discounts are available for recurring services: - Weekly service: 25% discount - Bi-weekly service: 15% discount - Every 3 weeks: 10% discount - Monthly service: 5% discount We also have a quick pricing tool on our website if your home differs from our list above. It's simple and takes 10 seconds to find out the price. We also offer some extras such as inside the oven and window cleaning.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Super simple! First, we confirm the details of your booking (noting any special requests and accommodating a day/time that works best for you) and send you an email/text as a reminder 🗓 When we arrive at your home, we'll follow a detailed checklist and pay attention to any extras you requested. After we're done, we'll call and ask how we can do a better job next time, take notes and then follow them at your next cleaning! - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our cleaners have many years of cleaning experience under their belts and have been thoroughly vetted so only the very best get hired. You can expect your team to have a deep understanding of each step of the cleaning process and can guide you through it. We are all fluent in English, background-checked, and super nice. 😀
