- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is very simple in that I keep cost low and charge a standard by hour fee and add only mileage. I don’t add on gratuity as I feel that it should be at the customer’s discretion to leave gratuity. Add on fees would be if I need to rent lighting or fog machine.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I get basic information, Time needed for event, event location, special requests and contact information. I would then draft up a quote and email to primary contact. If that is sufficient pricing then I would send agreement/contract and invoice. The entire invoice would have to be paid in full before the date of the event. I require 20% deposit to secure my services. I do discount for certain situations. Military, friends and family, or repeat customer.

Have been running sound for years. I run sound and media operations at my church. Experienced as proven valuable!
