- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Please consult my website for prices. Although prices are fixed for meal prep, they can be tailored to fit your needs. Also, dinner parties are chef rate $85/hour, sous chef rate $30/hour, plus cost of groceries.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will go over your diet requirements, find a weekly or bi monthly date that works for you, decide on the menu, then I will shop and show up at your house to cook the meals we've agreed on.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended culinary school at L'academie de Cuisine for 1 year, worked at The Inn at Little Washington for 6 months, and have been working with a personal chef in the DC area for 1 year.
