Absolutely a joy to work with. I’ve had her back for multiple spaces. I really struggle with organization and cleaning, but she was so kind and thoughtful about my limits and expectations that it was better than I could’ve imagined. Highly recommend!

I hired Jenna to help me prepare for a move out of state. I have a detached garage where things have B been stored/piled and mostly ignored for several years that I have been dreading. Jenna showed up with a smile and a caddy full of trash bags and tools and we got to work. She was great at helping me go through things and decide what to pack, toss and donate. She even had suggestions for shredding and electronic waste disposal. Jenna did lots of the running back and forth to the dumpster and her car for donations. She also helped me organize and stack what we packed so it is ready for the movers. Jenna works fast! What I was planning on taking all day was done in just a few hours. She even took the items I had decided to donate and brought me donation receipts. I highly recommend Jenna’s services for anyone who needs help getting your stuff together and organized.

Jenna was wonderful from the time she arrived at my doorstep, armed with her work box and with competency and professionalism and respect.She was intuitive and gifted in the changes that she made in my disordered space. I just wanna hang out in my office because it’s so pleasant in there now. I’m gonna get so much more work done than I have in a long time. If you are a super anxious person like me, you will be very happy you've hired Jenna. The first thing you'll notice is that she has a very calm, quiet, non-judgy energy. I was nervous and chattery and embarrassed about my mess. She said some kind things to me and had me take a few deep breaths, then she dove right in and began to tidy up while I continued to chatter and fret. She asked me a few questions here and there about whether I wanted to keep different things and what they were. As soon as I explained, the next thing I know, she was grouping things and putting things away in places that made perfect sense. She didn't judge me about how much stuff I wanted to keep, she just helped. In no time at all, my space was no longer overwhelming, and I was able to participate more, answer questions more definitively, and work side by side with her. My precious objects were being unearthed and I was able to start telling her their importance and how I wanted this thing near my bed, that thing accessible from the couch, etc. And soon we were standing in a really clean space with a clear floor and stuff where I could find it! I would say that what I loved most is that when I was simply too overwhelmed to move, and felt too paralyzed with stress to get started, she just jumped in and started for me. It was the perfect fit for the type of extreme anxiety I have.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer an hourly rate to accommodate my clients' needs. Included are basic supplies (markers, post-its, tape, trash bags), but it doesn't include any containers or moving supplies (since those would be specific to your project). Also included is donation drop-off to the nearest thrift store.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I want to hear from you about what you want from your space and what you envision for it. Then I can help you craft and action plan for your space so you can be free of clutter and driven with purpose.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a KonMari Method certified consultant, and I'm on the Board of Utah Professional Organizers.
