If you are a super anxious person like me, you will be very happy you've hired Jenna. The first thing you'll notice is that she has a very calm, quiet, non-judgy energy. I was nervous and chattery and embarrassed about my mess. She said some kind things to me and had me take a few deep breaths, then she dove right in and began to tidy up while I continued to chatter and fret. She asked me a few questions here and there about whether I wanted to keep different things and what they were. As soon as I explained, the next thing I know, she was grouping things and putting things away in places that made perfect sense. She didn't judge me about how much stuff I wanted to keep, she just helped. In no time at all, my space was no longer overwhelming, and I was able to participate more, answer questions more definitively, and work side by side with her. My precious objects were being unearthed and I was able to start telling her their importance and how I wanted this thing near my bed, that thing accessible from the couch, etc. And soon we were standing in a really clean space with a clear floor and stuff where I could find it! I would say that what I loved most is that when I was simply too overwhelmed to move, and felt too paralyzed with stress to get started, she just jumped in and started for me. It was the perfect fit for the type of extreme anxiety I have.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer an hourly rate to accommodate my clients' needs. Included are basic supplies (markers, post-its, tape, trash bags), but it doesn't include any containers or moving supplies (since those would be specific to your project). Also included is donation drop-off to the nearest thrift store.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I want to hear from you about what you want from your space and what you envision for it. Then I can help you craft and action plan for your space so you can be free of clutter and driven with purpose.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a KonMari Method certified consultant, and I'm on the Board of Utah Professional Organizers.
