I would be remiss not to review the excellent cleaning services provided by Casa Bella! We had very specific requirements: focus on floors and bathrooms, and no dusting (except baseboards). We have no pets (so no pet hair), and our home built in 1961 has the original hardwood flooring which needs regular care. When the team of three arrived, one member was the most fluent in English. It was clear that they had already been briefed on our requests. One person focused on floors (asked if we preferred she use the vacuum or a soft broom for the hardwood – I said "either one" and she chose the broom, and wow, so much swept up! She got dirt that previous cleaners have missed using the vacuum exclusively.) Another team member focused on our bathrooms, and the third wiped (not dusted – hand wiped) all of our baseboards! What a manually-intensive process, but the white baseboards have never looked so good. Our floors and bathrooms are gleaming, and this is exactly what we wanted. Thank you for the excellent service Casa Bella!
