I'd choose all of the above if I could. Steven responded quickly and was there right away. What we all thought was going to be a fairly easy fix was much more complex. He was personable, persistent with Verizon and go the job done. I will definitely use Carter I.T. Networking Services again and again. Such a relief knowing him as me and my 86 year old mother aren't networking savvy at all!!
