Tony was an amazing architect from start to finish. He was a pleasure to work with - really listening to our needs and then being very responsive through all of our twists and turns as we figured out the best design of our home remodel. Also, his 3D modeling really helped us to visualize the home. I strongly recommend Tony for any project!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based off of the amount of time it will take for design and working with the local jurisdiction. Without knowing the scope of work, the jurisdiction and the complexity of design it is almost impossible to give a quote.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will sit down with my clients and discuss the scope and feasibility against their budget. Then I offer a Design only contract that will cover everything from Concept and 3d Renderings, and will provide the client with a full set of Design Documents they can give to contractors for Bids. If everything is within the clients budget, I offer a second Construction Contract that covers everything from Construction Details and submittal.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Associates Degree and over ten years at some of the top Architecture Firms in California.
