He gave a time clear time frame when he could come to see the pool, arrived on time and answered all of my questions. I really like the email we get after every visit showing chemistry levels in our pool. The website is very easy to navigate, pay the bill or even see the data for the pools chemistry.

I had SEVERAL pool service companies send me a quote. This was the ONLY pool service company that got back to me and/or responded right away. I am new to the area and finding people in Arizona really take there time responding. Thank Goodness Blue Star Pool responded right away. I just purchased home, was gone for a month, when I came back, my pool was green. Blue star came out right away, cleaned it all, then CHECKED in with me to see if pool was ok. THEN, when I said it was still a little green, but looking better, they sent someone out AGAIN right away! EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. My pool is 100% sparkly shining blue. I could not be happier!
