Introduction: I am a Personal Chef that caters for a variety of events. I have been cooking all of my life, but professionally for about 10 years. Food is my passion so it's always done with love and great intent. I am skilled in most cuisines, but I specialize in Cajun/Creole, Southern Soul food, Latin and Texas style BBQ. Chef AJ put on an amazing dinner for me and my friends. He cooked a delicious catfish and gumbo dinner that had everyone’s mouth watering. Some of our party wasn’t able to be present during the presentation and he was very flexible with us and provided us with nothing but professionalism. 10/10

Chef Aj did an amazing job!! We hired him for a sorority brunch to feed 15 ladies. He was very responsive as soon as I reached out on Thumbtack and knew exactly what we were looking for. He arrived on time and had our meal set up ready to serve in a timely manner. The set up was beautiful and he provided everything we needed. Everyone enjoyed the food and we had leftovers for the next day. I would absolutely hire Chef Aj again and recommend him for your event!

Can't say enough great things about Chef AJ and his team. We really enjoyed our dinner! They were so kind and accommodating a lot of different food allergies and picky eaters. They created unique dishes that were full of flavor and liked by all. They created a beautiful table scape and presentation for us. We had a Mediterranean salad to start, Cajun chicken and salmon on a bed of amazing mashed potatoes (7 potatoes used) with asparagus. To follow we had homemade banana and dragonfruit sorbet. It was AMAZING! Would 20/10 recommend!
