Matt and his team came out to evaluate my AC unit that was out of commission the first week it decided to heat up. I contacted several companies including the one that does my regular maintenance and they eventually came out. They spent a couple hours trying a few things and could not figure out the issue. They left without giving me an estimate of when someone would come back out. Matt and his team were able to diagnose the problem in 10 mins. Immediately after it was identified, he reached out to his team to get part availability and warranty information. Matt said he would get back to me with a quote shortly. 5 mins after he left a quote was sent and he called to follow up. He was able to get me in his schedule and completed the repair while fixing several items that were not related to the original issue. Hands down the best response and customer service I have experienced in HVAC my 3 years in AZ. The cost of the repair along with the customer service has earned him a new loyal customer.

Quick to respond and excellent communication. Contacted them on a Wednesday and Matt was at my house the next day. AC was working pretty good to be honest, but I was in need of a maintenance/tune-up. Glad I did and glad I chose this company because I needed a new part! He was straight forward and honest and pleasant to talk with…and even encouraged me to watch what he was doing so I could learn more about my unit. Thanks for the amazing service! Our AC went out late Saturday night. Schuyler responded by phone call and text message within minutes of me reaching out on Sunday morning. She set up the appointment for Andrew to come over, diagnose the issue, and make the repair—-all within an hour and a half! We are very reasonable! I don’t have tons of overhead. So my price is where it should be, I’ll blow most people out of the way!

My new customer is gonna get the best service that a human can possibly have! Also a discount!!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I did a year and a half in RSI! Which is refrigeration school! I got my contactor license. I have my EPA certification! I am the guy for you!
