Introduction

I believe my work and living experience of 30 years in Italy has me stand out more then a person who went to culinary school. I have also the experience of owning and operating an Italian restaurant in Piemonte, Italy that gives me a know how on selecting quality produce and meat, preparation and the true authentic taste of Italian cuisine. I do not consider myself like the American Italian chefs who have changed the flavor and the recipe of the cuisine to stand up to American palate. I love and enjoy the most in my job, the opportunity to share one of my greatest passions; Italian cuisine and wine. I love putting people together and teaching them how to prepare a new dish, not knowing in their mind's how fabulous this will be in their palate. The "thank you's" that I recieve, the laughs and smiles are all a very good reason to continue on sharing my Italian secrets.

Caren led us on an amazing authentic Italian cooking journey. We all had an educational evening filled with fun, many laughs and delicious cuisine! Caren did all the set up, brought the food and left my home spotless. To top it off, all of my guests left with written recipes, personalized chef hats and were sent a professionally edited video of the entire evenings memorable moments. WOW! Caren's passion for Italy and Italian cuisine is incredible. The class was well organized with great tips and insight on how to prepare simple but authentic Italian dishes. She made sure that all students were engaged in hands on participation and making gnocchi from scratch was really fun and delicious! We had Caren over for a wonderful evening at our house in Solvang, California. She was very professional about the preparations and was very diligent in getting out the invitations to our friends and with following up. The night itself was great fun, very interactive and she was a great source of information about the food, the techniques and the culture. Caren is a people person as well as a great cook. I highly recommend her to anyone who wants to have a fun evening at home with friends, good wine and great food.

I was so pleased to organize with Caren many cooking parties. She was the best, very organized, on time and she made the classes so interesting and so fun. All my friends really enjoyed the diner. What types of customers have you worked with?
Organize and personalize Italian Cooking parties privately in the home of others. Offering to the host of the party and her friends three authentic Italian dishes to prepare and cook while assisting me hands on in the kitchen. They will learn secrets, taste, presentation on preparing these dishes. They will conclude their event dinning and enjoying the prepared 3 course meal accompanied by Italian wines. What a great way to have a party!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
My advice is that when ever there is the occassion to celebrate with family and friends, it is the occassion to unite everyone for good food, wine and great fun!
