Introduction: We Excelle in personal service, while bringing fine dining to your home or buisness! Meet Chef Sedale Jones, a south jersey native, who started cooking at the ripe age of seventeen. His first job was at Woodcrest Country Club in Cherry Hill NJ, where he maintained a cook position after years of being a caddy. Once he realized his talent, he attended The Academy of Culinary Arts in Mays Landing NJ. After finishing culinary school he worked his way up through the ranks at numerous high end restaurants in New Jersey, including Café Madison, Filomena’s Lakeview, and That’s Amore. He was also on Stephen Starr’s roster in Philadelphia, at age 29. He was the Chef de Cuisine at Green Valley Country Club, PA. In 2018 after losing his dear mother to cancer, he relocated to Arizona where he is currently the Executive Chef at Red Mountain Ranch Country Club in east Mesa Arizona. I enjoy Making people smile at every event. At Fire & Ice catering our motto is - dine fine, dine private, dine perfect.

The chef and his crew from Fire and Ice did an OUTSTANDING job for us at our wedding party. Our guests raved about how good the food was, and they took excellent care of us. Super nice people, highly professional, great food, great value... They gave us a GREAT experience. I would strongly recommend Fire and Ice. The next time we need a caterer we won't even consider anyone else.

After a lot of research and information gathering, we selected Fire and Ice Catering for a family member's 70th birthday dinner. This was our first experience hiring a private chef, and we couldn't be more pleased. Fire and Ice initially stood out because they were quick to respond, had great reviews, and offered very good pricing. When all was said and done, the entire meal was delightful, the food was delicious, and the experience from beginning to end was unforgettable! Chef Sedale Jones and his wonderful assistant April were creative and flexible with our menu, prompt and professional, and truly went out of their way to be sure we had a memorable family event. We are looking forward to having them back for future celebrations!

Chef Sedale exceeded my expectations. He prepared our requested menu (to a T), was friendly but professional, and cleaned the whole dang kitchen afterwards! Such a treat, and a reasonable price, to have a private chef come to the house, prepare a meal (we did a bachelorette brunch) and have a clean kitchen afterwards. He made us açaí bowls, avocado toast, breakfast sandwiches, and (the star of the show) French toast! Everything was delicious.

our prices start at $30 per person and can go as high as $150 plus per person but our menus are created personally for guests to fit their budget.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
typical process is a brief interview with my general manager and look at our menus on our website and then a menu will be finalized by me an email to the client to get their approval followed by contract and deposit.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my culinary certification from academy of culinary Arts in Mays Landing NJ.
