I had a licensed plumber not finish the restoration of my home after sewer pipe replacement. I waited over 60 days with little communication. My big mistake was paying this plumbing contractor in full before the work was completed. I needed to get my plumbing restored. I sought out quotations from 3 different plumber's. I selected Michael Phay because he took the time to listen and provided solutions. He promised he would be completed in 2 days. He did not ask for payment up front. He finished my plumbing working on a Saturday, completed in 2 days as promised. My homes plumbing is now whole again. He cared about my situation, that alone convinced me he would do as he said. His workmanship was excellent, and he cleaned up the areas, too. He warranties his work. I highly recommend Michael Phay for any of your plumbing needs.

Michael and Tyler arrived, very punctual. Both were great to work with, knowledgeable, and me informed as they worked. I was trying to install a new shower handle, but what I bought didn't fit! So, the old one was put back on once the cartridge was replaced and all was cleaned up! Works like a charm. Smooth and easy now. I was having trouble turning it on and off and moving it for cold/hot water! I highly recommend Phay Plumbing for any of your plumbing needs. Thank you, Michael and Tyler!!

We had an issue with our water heater. I contacted Phay and they immediately reached out to schedule an appointment. Michael showed up exactly when he said he would and gave us his assessment. He gave us an honest quote for what needed to be done and did a great job on the repairs. He showed us the defective parts and explained what happened throughout the process. He even found a few other items during the repair that needed attention and took care of them without changing the agreed upon price. The price quoted was fair and we will be using Phay for future work. Great guy running an honest business give them a call.
