FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
A 60-minute consultation is offered at no charge to see if we are a good fit for each other. A buddy discount is equal to 25% off the total per person rate for you and each buddy. Late cancelation or a no show is calling and emailing me with less than 24 hours notice and the fee is equal to 1/2 of a session lost in the future, in addition to the full one you cancelled late. The future session will be a 1/2 hour session or a charge can be added for the cost of an additional 1/2 hour to make it a full hour. If rates change during this time, it will be changed at the current rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is to make contact and describe what you want in general terms. Then we schedule a complimentary phone or video consultation to discuss your health and goals and equipment on hand to decide if any more is needed. Equipment needed is typically a set of colored rubber tubes/bands with handles, some dumbbells and a mat for any floor exercises (if the floor is appropriate for your present health condition) This is always enough to get started. At the consultation, we will discuss a possible schedule, rates and decide to work together or to kindly part ways.
