Home Owner Advocates - As a firm, we encourage you to obtain a minimum of three bids. This will allow you to compare service firms on all key platforms: Responsiveness, Professionalism, Comfort Level, Certifications, and finally Price.
Pay For Performance - Our Fee Schedule is designed to ensure that you remain the owner of our partnership. We schedule our invoices to coincide with the reservation of your start date and the final due upon completion. We also have developed relationships with Financing entities that can assist you if desired.
Membership Site - We have reserved a section of our website that is designed specifically for our clients. This section, has photos, videos, and a real-time schedule calendar to follow the dates of your job. We want to remain transparent and ensure that you are kept up to date. To ensure your privacy, you are always referred to by your Customer Number
Customer Referral program - For every job we complete from a clients referral, we will compensate the referring client 2% of the amount of the bid up to $100.00 total. Please make sure your referral notes your Customer Number so we can ensure you receive our thanks.
Corporate Giving - 5% of the total net profit will be forwarded on to one of several local charities that you may select. As a firm we believe that we are only stewards of the blessings we receive, and you will make it possible for these blessings to help others who are in need. This year we have selected:

Mark and Jim met in 2007 while working for a large corporate entity in downtown Kansas City. Along the way , they both discovered mutual interests in Family, Faith and the show Survivor. Both Mark and Jim left that corporate entity separately to seek better ways to make a difference in peoples lives. After spending time working for other employers, they and their families decided to come together to establish Repair-My-Home. The goal at Repair-My-Home is bring the service skills and professionalism of the corporate world to the Home Repair industry.
Mark was born into the construction business following in his father's footsteps. His love of fine woodworking and eye for detail led him to start his first finish carpentry business while working his way through College. After college he spent years working for Fortune 500 companies in the realms of Management, specializing in Strategic Growth, Business Development and Customer Satisfaction. Mark's decision to return to the construction industry allows him marry his experience and passion for the benefit of our Clients.
Jim started pushing a broom for his uncle's construction company when he was in high school. Over the next 15 years Jim gained hands on experience in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, remodeling, concrete flat-work, sales and estimating. In 2000 Jim realized the one thing he lacked was a business education and went back to school. By December 2005 Jim had earned a diploma in computer programming, a BS from Friends University and an MBA from Baker University. From 2001 to 2010 Jim worked outside the area of construction, honing his business skills. Today he brings all of these skills to the Home Repair Industry.
