FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We typically give fixed bids for each project, however, some clients prefer to work on an hourly basis and that's okay too.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I'll start by listening to you and asking questions so that I can understand your needs. I have developed an assessment that I'll take you through which helps create a picture of your perfect target market. We don't market to everyone. We get inside the mind of your perfect customer and determine what makes them tick. We want to discover what other brands they like, which generational aspects are important, how they make buying decisions etc. Once I have that information, we're able to flesh out your marketing strategy. We'll start brainstorming ideas and coming up with potential solutions. This is a critical step in developing an overall marketing strategy. Everything must align with your strategy. That means aligning your product offering, price, media choices, designs, language etc.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a fine arts degree in graphic design. While I started working for agencies when I was still in high school, I didn't open my own company until the late 1990s. I've now owned the company for 18 years.
