- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing with Visual Masterworks is NOT complicated!!! I believe that even the most basic service should be all inclusive... with no hidden fees, or ridiculous "Up-Sales". It's your wedding "DAY"... not just a few hours. I cover your event from beginning to end without charging extra for "additional hours". - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After initial contact, I like to meet with a client, maybe over coffee, allowing each of us to get to know one another and discuss their photography needs.
