By having the customer doing the pickup since they are driving not too far from my kitchen, I can offer a terrific value nobody can compete with.

It was Steve Jobs who say: "People don't know what they need". It is so true in my situation, very hard, costly and time consuming to spread the word for what I am doing, a pickup caterer. Wow!
