Precision Cleaning Systems

I would like to take the time to respond to this review in a positive manner. This was a deep clean to put a home on the market. Before the cleaning of this home it was stated that a new floor would be installed before we started and that most of the furniture would be gone and some would stay for staging. This was not the case. The floor was being installed the same time we were cleaning. The floor installer was moving from one room to another making it difficult for us to stay on task, due to us having to stop in one area and finish another before he went in that area. Also, the furniture was not placed for staging. Although there were other things that happened, I do not want to go into detail and place blame. I had spoken to this client after the cleaning and explained about the issues with the floor installer being there, and told her if I had missed anything, to call and I would be more than happy to come back and correct it. We did miss sweeping and mopping the basement due to a roll of carpet and other things in the basement and we came back and did this the next day, in which the floor installer was still finishing the floor. We understand that nobody is perfect and if there were additional oversights we would have come back and corrected them without hesitation. I think the hardest thing for me to understand in this review is that I spoke to the client after the cleaning in which, on a personal level, she asked me if I would be interested in taking her Golden Retriever as I had owned several of this breed of dog in the past, but no issues with the cleaning were stated.
