Introduction

A painting is much more than a photograph and makes a great gift. Digital illustrator Norman Drake creates beautifully painted portraits of loved ones, pets, homes and more. At Your Precious Portraits, we work with you to create a painting that captures that special someone, place or event in a color scheme to coordinate with your home decor. Because it is digital, extra prints can be made which is great for family members who would love to have a copy. The digital paintings are printed in an 11-color process and printed on canvas. What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Please provide good pictures of the subject you wish to have painted. We need to able to see details such as facial features etc. See our FAQ page for guidelines. Think about the size you want and if a color scheme is important. If so paint or color chips of the room decor will help. Paintings take about 4-6 weeks to complete depending on the complexity. Extra people in the portrait will cost extra in that they add to the complexity of the portrait.
