- What types of customers have you worked with?
End user support is high on the list of services I do every day for my clients. To keep support needs to a minimum, I do regular maintenance on all systems to ensure their uptime and reliability. I use many tools to monitor my clients and let me know if something is beginning to go wrong. Many times I can correct the problem before the client is even aware there was a problem developing.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Ask plenty of questions related to your project or needs. Make sure they have plenty of experience with these specific things. Ask for references and or current clients you can call to ask questions. This is the best way to get to know a perspective service provider. Make sure they can communicate technical issues to decision makers effectively.
