Thomas was great with communication and worked until late at night providing a tune up and installing soft wares to assist with the speed of the computer. Even helped with selecting a new computer for the future. Great service and definitely will call again in the future.

I had the blue screen of death on my Windows XP PC and called ACS on the recommendation of a friend. Over the phone we discussed the issue including upgrading finally to Windows 7 Pro. The IT Support Engineer brought all the parts, including the Windows 7 install. He quickly resolved the hardware issue, upgraded my PC to Win 7 Pro, and at my request, installed Office 2010 Pro. He backed everything up and restored all my data on the new build. It all works perfectly. my other project, I wanted a music server to copy all my 1000+ CDs into Window Media Center. He met me at Comp USA and we picked all the parts, motherboard, processor, power supply, Windows 7 install disc, everything to create the perfect music server. Three days later, and I have a powerful PC with 3 terabytes disc storage in a RAID 1 configuration, integrated into my home theater system. I am extremely pleased with their quality of service and computer expertise. I recommend them highly for all your computer processing needs.

Thomas re-stored my WINDOWS 7 and saved my files! As a 'voice actor', I had many 'files' I use to create commercials, narrations and character voices. Thomas and ACS had the confidence and ability to not only 'save' me but re-installed my WINDOWS 7 and I didn't miss a beat! THANK YOU Thomas for being not only dependable but honest and VERY fair.
