- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Depending on the service, pricing can vary. We have all of our services listed on our website along with the prices or on some services the base starting price. We encourage each client to call or email with any questions or concerns so we can help direct them to what they are trying to find. We provide services to the everyday man/women, special occasions/events and also the commercial/modeling world so each genre has a different set of pricing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We each travel to workshops around the world at least once each year led by top celebrity stylists and make-up artists. It's not often that any conventions and trainings come through Texas so we go to California, New York, Chicago, Europe, etc for some of the top convention/trade shows.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Pretty much all of our services. We get a lot of weddings, we each have a steady clientele base during the week at our salon that come in for routine cuts, color/highlights, facials, lash/brow tinting, private makeup lessons, etc.
