Introduction

Energy balancing/Reiki therapy is using light touch to rebalance chakras and remove energy blocks. It supports the body to fully access its own ability to heal itself while addressing mental, physical and emotional aspects. This is a wonderful therapy for reducing stress and for relaxation. I offer holistic health coaching. As a certified holistic health coach through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, I apply a holistic coaching program to supporting life goals, positive change and spiritual self-development. I conduct Reiki practitioner certification classes. As a Reiki master teacher, I offer certification classes in Dallas, Richardson, and Garland, TX. Reiki level 1, Reiki level 2 and Reiki master teacher classes are held on a regular basis. I offer trinity energy progression. With trinity energy, the energy feels distinctly as if it's coming from within and emanating outward; it is all about bringing us back to our wholeness. Crystal and aromatherapy can be applied in conjunction with all energy balancing sessions. Crystals and essential oils support chakra alignment and amplify energy. Angel card readings are using angel oracle cards to provide accurate messages through intuitive guidance.

How did you get started doing this type of work?
This became my passion over 20 years ago when I took my first Reiki class when I was 19 years old. I finished college, and began a 15 year long career in corporate human resources. Knowing that I was not pursuing the right path, I left in 2013 to open up my own practice full-time and began teaching and practicing Reiki. I became a board certified holistic health practitioner and have taken dozens of other classes and trainings around healing. I love what I do and sharing my gifts with my clients!
