FAQs
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Always ask for the "Final & Total Cost" including all charges before paying a deposit, otherwise you may end up paying up to twice or more than you had initially expected to. Also, make sure that the wedding coordination company you are considering trusting with your special wedding is Accredited by the BBB and has at least an "A" rating, which is impossible to maintain, if the company is not providing what they promise and in a non-misleading way. Lastly, and most importantly, call the company by phone at different times of day and on different days (during their regular business hours, of course!) before you book to see how easy it is to reach them. If they aren't easy to reach before your wedding, imagine how stressful it would be to not easily be able to reach them, on your wedding day? And, when they do answer, do they consistently treat you with care? If they do, then you know they'll also care about your wedding.
