I have been a full-time, self-employed Transformational Breathworker since 2001. I edited and published the book on the subject, and I am truly able to meet virtually any level of emotional distress with loving care and powerful insight. Even the most guarded people find it easy to trust me, because I am truly trustworthy and it comes through loud and clear. I also practice what I teach. My training has been mostly from my own self-development work over the course of 30+ years. I love one-on-one sessions as well as public speaking, because every experience is fresh, new and intimate. I attended two Transformational Breathwork workshops that Lois Grasso gave. Lois's introduction and skill at facilitating established a feeling of trust in the group. In the first workshop I released an old emotional blockage that I thought I had dealt with. The workshop process allowed me to feel "complete," which freed me up. In the second, I advanced in my spiritual understanding on an issue I had been praying about. In short, this work meets you where you are and takes you further and deeper, where your soul waits. Lois is a skilled guide to the treasure within.

It's been a long haul - I was very in need of help when I started my work with Lois - even after almost 25 years of traditional therapy. However, I am happy to say that I have finally made what is a watershed breakthrough that has set me from the the chains of bondage that were keeping me prisoner. Just a clue - that breakthrough had to do with telling my truth - which I was terrified to do. Now that it's done, I don't know how I ever lived my entire life hiding from who I really am. Without Lois I doubt I would have made such tremendous progress. God bless her - and her work - always. Amen.

FAQs

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $85 for the first hour of any private session, and $60/hour thereafter. So a 90-minute session (most common) is $115.00 Speaking engagements are quoted as requested. Group Breath sessions are offered on a sliding scale basis, from $45 - 95, with a $25 deposit required to reserve a spot.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, I am always taking trainings and workshops to expand myself and my training.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I found my calling when doing my Transformational Breathwork training. I knew that this process was the most powerful out there because I had tried many modalities and this really changed my life dramatically. My decision came from the natural desire to share the enormous amount of Love that I felt moving through me. When people get into a breath session, they usually become quite open to receiving the love that I have to give, and that is a wonderful experience. BTW - I define love as "Unconditional Acceptance with Gratitude".
