(1) Introducing myself, and answering any and all questions my new customer might have regarding my expertise and services. • (2) Getting to know my new customer, and listening attentively, in order to fully understand and meet their need(s). • (3) Working within any existing time constraints, limited means, or other challenges my new customer might have.
