- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do NOT have a complicated pricing system. We strive to be affordable, transparent and value-added. We do not operate a dojo where everything is extra and there are hidden costs and fees for every event or promotion.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I evaluate the students capabilities, discuss their goals, ascertain their level of achievement in the martial arts field and work with them to narrow down what they want to achieve in the class and training.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Train, test, train, test, train some more.
