I don't try and sell people something they don't need. I am honest from the start, even if it means I may not have the answer just yet, or if it means repairs would cost more than a new PC. I would rather a customer call me for future needs by being up front from the beginning.
I love technology. I always have. Loving something keeps you interested and always keeps you learning about it, which is why I have such experience in this area.

I found Michael Barr and "Fix My PC" a few years ago via an internet search when my HP personal computer had turned into a slug. I called and received a call back the same day and within 24 hours Michael came to my home, did a thorough diagnostic, found the problem and made it go away. I am a computer "illiterate" and Mike is so infinitely patient with clients like me. I have been Mike's client for a number of years and now he generally works on my computer via the internet. That makes it quick, painless and always, always he fixes the problem. Mike is thorough, professional, very knowlegeable and pricing for the service he provides does not create a great gaping hole in your pocket book as other service providers can such as Best Buy, Office Depot, etc can. I would not consider using any service other than Fix My PC.

Prompt, efficient, Professional. The remote service is great, for a busy business man. Although the in house, or pick up service is as good as ever. Highly recommend.

We have used Michael for several years. He is always on time and has fixed all our problems, never had a call back. We will never use anyone else.
