- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All we created is Customized and unique for each event. For this very reazon the prices vary from one event to another, but our basic package started at $600. Each item of the design makes a difference eg banner, backdrops, the sweet table etc. and the complexity of each part of the decoration, entertainment, catering, photography, rental items and more... It is for all these things we like to discuss in detail with the costumer of what you need for your event, to give them an accurate price and adjusted to your needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
the key to the secret of my design and satisfaction of my clients is communication. After discovering what they want, I orient them with my suggestions, then after I have the concept ready, I start making sketches of my design proposals. I always keep a fluid communication showing each stage of the design process,so I make sure that my customers get what they really expect to have, It is for this reason that my clients are always surprised, and always I received the same compliment:"this Design exceeds our expectations, thanks"
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My back ground are Industrial Designer, later I discovered my new passion for decorating events and coordination. It was easy for me because I was always involved in handicrafts and everything related to art.That's why I decided to keep studying and get my certification in Event planning and event design.
