FAQs
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We offer a few core programs at Dungeon Strength & Conditioning, but the bottom line is that we take our people by the hand, put them on our back, and carry them to whatever their personal finish line is, victorious. For more information on our specific programs, please visit our website or give us a call.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Here are a few questions you should have answered before making any decisions on a trainer for yourself or your family. Does your provider speak your language? Can they explain their recommendations in terms you understand or are you being "fast-talked" into something you don't need? If you don't understand the "why" behind something your provider is recommending, ask them to explain it. If they can't do so and have you feel 100% comfortable with whatever decision you make, it probably isn't a great fit. What kind of results have others in a similar situation experienced with your prospective provider, what kind of examples do they have? Are you backed by any sort of refund/guarantee? Will your program be individualized for you or will you be a part of a "cookie cutter" program and thrown to the masses? What kind of individual attention will you receive? (heck, do they know each and ever member's name? What happens if you aren't able to perform certain movements? What kind of support do they offer outside of the gym? The bottom line is that you should feel 100% comfortable and THRILLED with your decision to join a program or hire a trainer. If you can't trust the person sitting across the table from you while you're pulling out your wallet, you should probably put it back in your pocket.
