- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge hourly rates or flat fees based on the type of case and which attorney handles a case. Family law matters are always billed on an hourly basis. Criminal law matters are generally always billed on a flat fee basis. Personal injury is always billed as a contingency (percentage of settlement or verdict collected).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of the attorneys in our office regularly attend seminars and legal education classes to stay updated on all new case law and courtroom strategy.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We offer services for divorce, custody, separation, estate planning, wills, trusts, personal injury, criminal law, and business formation. A smaller portion of the practice is devoted to helping people regain unemployment benefits.
