Your home is probably the biggest asset you own. This is why you should hire a professional to guide you through all your real estate transactions. My goal is to help 24 to 28 families each year either buy or sell a home. I am NOT interested in Selling 100 or 200 homes a year because I would not be able to give each family the time, attention and energy they deserve. I would also lose touch with my past clients and would not be available to help where needed. I take pride in working personally and individually with each of my clients. Once you are my client, you will work me from the beginning to the end of the transaction. When you call, you will get me directly, not my assistant or secretary. I have been a financial and real estate consultant for the past 30 years and have specialized in loan loss mitigation, short sale negotiation and REO marketing since 2005. I know how to negotiate contracts and navigate through the most difficult transactions. I am a member of, and Certified by the National Association of Realtors as a Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource, and Broker Price Opinion Resource. I am a Member of, and Certified by the California Association of Realtors as a Certified Home Affordable Foreclosure Alternative Specialist. I am a Certified Distressed Property Expert, Certified Short Sale Negotiator, Certified Pre-Foreclosure Specialist and Certified Default Advocate. For more please go to my LinkedIn Profile. Thank You!! And I look forward to hearing from you!

In the nine years that I have known Chris, he always put emphasis on his clients needs and developed a very organized system for success. His desire has driven him to succeed in all that he does. Chris' has positioned himself as a specialist within the real estate industry and has been able to develop a steady business, particularly with REO's and short sales. Chris offers exceptional service to his clients, whether your typical buyer and/or seller or a large financial institution looking to him to manage their assets

I had the pleasure of working on one of the top real estate teams in Ventura County with Chris at Coldwell Banker Premier. Chris has his client's best interest at heart and will work hard to achieve the highest sales price possible for his clients. He is a tireless worker and his financial services background is a complement to his real estate business.
In any type of situation where you need to bring two parties to
agreement, like you do in a real estate transaction, the ability to negotiate with both sides and get everyone on the same page is critical. You want both parties to reach a conclusion where everyone feels validated and believes they received the best deal possible.
But being a stellar negotiator isn’t something that comes naturally for most people. In fact, the majority of people shy away from negotiating, believing it’s too difficult, involves too much confrontation, and always entails someone “losing.”
The reality is, however, that having strong negotiation skills whereby
both parties have a positive experience is a true skill.
