Ron contacted me quickly, was very personable to talk with and was able to schedule me in fast. He showed up on time, was a pleasure to work with, did an excellent job with the carpet stretching, cleaned up thoroughly, and left me with my whole upstairs carpet that looks like new. Added benefit - I got a lot of junk cleaned out of my closets!
