Shop around. There are many of us out there, so be sure to read reviews and look at the items in person. Quality & dependability are crucial, so if something looks too good to be true, it very well might be. Your event is important and your decor is definitely something that will stay with you and your guests.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
It's a lot of hard work. I think people just assume that as a rental company, we just drop things off and pick them up. There is a lot of washing, ironing, and cleaning that goes on behind the scenes to make everything look great. I'd say that's about 65% of the job. The rest is making the client happy and creating new designs to stimulate the senses.
