- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I compete in the st. Louis barbeque society sanctioned events to stay on top of the growing BBQ secne.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I grew up cooking with my mom and grandma and I have always loved to cook. I love being able to make people happy with the food I produce for them.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I do office lunches, dinners, weddings graduation parties and anything in between.
