NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE. I bought a dell XPS screen for $150 from this place for my laptop in India. I asked this guy at the time of buying if it is working fine and is tested. I got answer as yes. When I tried it on my laptop the touch was not working. I immediately called this person and told him that the touch is not working and he said bring the laptop back and we will work towards it. When I did that this guy said he will charge another $50 just to take a look at it. I paid that too asking him that I will pay this but after spending $200 I should get everything working properly and at that time also he said it will do not worry. After calling him literally 10 times he told me the screen is fine may be some connecters in the laptop are not working. I asked him even today my old broken screens touch works fine but its not working fine for this screen so how do u justify that if there is some other problem with laptop. Then he told me that he cannot do anything about it. The only option that he has is spend another $150 and buy new screen because its past 30 days. So I said u charged me $50 to correct the problem and you are not able to do that either. So first of all u sold me faulty screen for $150. On top of it u charged $50 for correcting that fault and even after that I have absolutely no solution. So after some discussion all he did was refund $25. If it was possible I would have given minus stars.

Sukhada, We understand your frustration but we aren't at any fault. You just bought a working & tested screen from us, that too good 60 days back, not our services/labor for installation. We do our due diligence before we sell any parts to our customers. You pack/ship & install that part on your own on laptop that is sitting in a different country altogether, how can WE guarantee your work, travel mishaps whatsoever? After 60 days our vendors do not accept return part that is being damaged in any way, because whosoever tried fixing you laptop screen in India may have messed it up. You then bought the laptop for us to do the same screen installation which you should have done the first place to avoid all this. And mind it, its a store and there is charge for installation which you never wanted to pay at the first place. We charged $50 NOT to correct the problem but to identify it, and put our time & labor finding out best solution why the working screen we sold wasn't working for you in your country. Its our courtesy to even help you out refunding $25 as you were on and on crying about the mistake you did not us. We are PRO's at what we do and we guarantee our work, parts and labor. Also open 7 a week.

I brought a laptop in for repair of the keyboard and screen. The repair on the keyboard was made with aftermarket parts. This was a choice and I chose the aftermarket parts because they were much cheaper. The computer ran well for a couple days until Windows 10 did an automatic update. After the update the computer would start but the keyboard no longer worked. I brought the computer back to them. I asked them whatever you do don't reinstall windows as I have many programs and settings I would have to spend hours reinstalling. Well they reinstalled Windows against my wishes. When I called them about it they said they did not reinstall Windows but they did. I have an icon that shows removed apps. Where did that come from. The worker who did not follow instructions should have admitted to what he did. I don't like people that can't follow instructions and then lie about it. Furthermore I should have been made aware that installing an aftermarket keyboard could cause driver issues down the road. Not a happy camper. I would have given no star if I could.
