FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It really all depends of the size of the project and the reason for the website. It's all usually (to some extent) a la carte, but we do have fixed prices starting at $850
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I believe it's best for all if we can start with a face-to-face, or at the very least, a phone call. That way we can both determine if our services are going to best fit your need. From there, its all about communication (and execution) but if we don't keep in touch in a timely (milestone) fashion then there's no true way for me to know that you're getting what you want out our efforts.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been (personally) building websites for over 10 years... and my main web developer has been building websites since the 1990's. We're great at what we do... I'm (more of) the creative and aesthetics... he's (more of) the structure and coding. We created our own DIY website platform for Real Estate Agents back in 2006... and have since then fell in love with the ease of use, and virtually unlimited functionality of Wordpress. One last thing, I do have a pretty in depth marketing (online and offline) program that I use to help clients gain business - and I'm not talking about just SEO/SEM.
