- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It depends, as we do a lot of different types of projects. I'm the type of person that always finds a way to find a solution to every problem or as much as I can. That means prices sometimes vary as not many people are willing to try and find a solution.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Contacting the client, Understanding what their thoughts/ideas are for the project they have in mind. Suggest a few ideas that might work better based on my knowledge/experience, but always respecting what they want. Get all the supplies and make the vision a reality.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All the training has been hands on. I love it because I am a fast learner!
