I was so happy that I found Abraham to install my Nest Protect smoke alarms and thermostat. He is professional and kind and gets the job done right! I had no previous experience with smart home products, but Abraham went above and beyond by getting me up to speed on both the products I had purchased as well as other features I might consider adding down the road. Once the products were installed, he patiently helped me to understand their many features, which really put my mind at ease. Abraham will definitely be my go to from here on out for things that need fixing!

Appointment was pushed back the day of which was fine, but I had 2-4 hours of work that I wanted to get done and only found out after he arrived that he was only available for one hour. We prioritized and he did a very thorough job with what he was able to complete in the hour. Regardless, I was grateful he was able to help me out from quote to visit in under 24 hours.
