Introduction: Hoak's Helping Hand is a Home Improvement and Property Maintenance service. That employ specialist to solve the simplest to the most difficult tasks. Minimum service charge 2hr fee even if job is cancelled and were onsite. Our $90/hr rate is for a 2 man crew . An extra 20/hr charge for any extra personal . We take checks,cash, and paypal . If paypal is used for envoice payment there's $25-100 electronic fee. 2$ linear square foot for crack fills asphalt repair. Drive time is a factor in the final invoice if driving over 20 miles. Yes we do written contracts .

Listened to needs of customer. They patiently followed the customer and picked up items for junk removal. They were professional and very accommodating. Customer was so impressed with their landscape comments on fixing a botched landscape project, she re hired them.
